QuesTen-One Page TTRPG

In QuesTen, characters are created through narrative descriptions, allowing you to define who they truly are—not through stats or skills, but by their traits and equipment. Together with the GM, you’ll decide when your character excels, gaining advantages—called Boons—when your creativity, your character’s Traits, and story-driven choices align with the moment.

Inspired by DM Scotty’s EZD6 and many other rules-lite TTRPGs, QuesTen is designed to keep the focus on storytelling. Players can shape their characters and adventures freely with minimal complicated rules. Inventory is the only resource for any character, tracking gear, injuries, and exhaustion—keeping the gameplay streamlined.

By blending the best mechanics from beloved games with the simplicity and fluidity of EZD6, QuesTen delivers a smooth, intuitive system perfect for fast-paced adventures where the story takes the spotlight.

The game includes a random character generator, allowing characters to be built in just minutes—skipping the hours of character generation required by other high-profile TTRPGs.

QuesTen is a pure, genre-agnostic system. Use it to play fantasy, sci-fi, or horror-inspired scenarios. The simplicity of QuesTen allows it to adapt modules written for other systems on the fly; the descriptions of scenarios or monsters are enough to determine their difficulty and adjust them to fit the QuesTen system.
